This tutorial uses Preset shapes. You should be familiar with
your tools and tool names to do this tutorial

New Image 600 X 600. Transparent
Foreground - Metallic Silver gradient with these settings:

Background - Null
Preset shapes - Ellipse... but set it on circle
and make your line width about 5

Draw out a large circle that encompasses most of your canvas
Objects - Align - Center in canvas
Convert it to a raster layer
Use Eye Candy 4000 - Chrome with these settings:

Add the following drop shadow:

Add again but change H and V to -1
Open your photo of choice and resize
so that the larger side is 700 pixels
Using your magic wand, select inside your circle
Copy and paste your photo as a new layer
Move it below your circle layer
Apply Toadies - Old Photo with the default settings
Adjust - Sharpen - Unsharpen Mask on default settings
change the opacity of the layer to about 60
Make your top layer active
Active your ellipse shape again with the same settings as before
draw out a few circles along the bottom of your circle.
See my tag for reference
Apply the Chrome plugin and the drop shadows as on the first one
Your circles will each be on their own layer
Make sure you are happy with placement
*I added my tube on as a new layer and used it
to guide me on placement of my circles
Close off all other layers but your new circles
Merge Visible.
Then using your magic wand and holding down the shift key
select inside all of your small circles
Copy and paste as a new layer, your photo
Move into position so that the parts you wish
to have in the circles, will show
Selections - Invert and hit your Delete key
Selections - Select None
I made another circle larger and put it on the left
I magic wanded it just like the others , then added
a new layer and copied and pasted my photo in Selection
I moved the layer below my circle layer and deselected
I made 3 more small circles of equal size along the top
merged them into one layer after applying the effects
I used on the other circles
I magic wanded all three circles like i did on my bottom set
I then copied and pasted the body closeup of my
tube that came with my tube
I moved it around to get what I wanted in my circles
Selections - Invert and hit delete again
I also applied the Sepia toning effect on it
located under Artistic Effects
Mine was set on about 48
