Supplies:
PSP - I used Jasc PSP 9
Tube of choice - I am using the wonderful art of Keith Garvey.
*at the time this tut was written this artist was with MPT,
which is now closed. Please obtain license from whatever company
this artist is now with. Thank you
Font of choice - I used 2Peas A Little Loopy.
Plugin- EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow (optional)
Scrap Kit of choice - I am using Rose Cream by Twinky.

A Mask of choice. I am using Becky_Mask042, included in supplies
Word Art - created by me; also included in supplies
You may use the word art in other projects as you see fit.
Just please do not change the file name or claim as your own.
Download supplies here

Unzip supplies and place the mask in your mask folder. Open the word art
in PSP and minimize for later.
Open a new image 500 X 500, white background. Selections >Select All.
Copy and paste a scrap paper of choice into the selection. Select None
Load Mask from Disk - Mask_Becky042 or mask of choice.
Layers - Merge- Merge Group
Using RCQuickpagebyTwinky (or frame of choice), copy and paste as new layer
Select your magic wand and click inside the frame to select.
Modify - Expand by 2 pixels
Open your tube and copy and paste as new layer.
Move into position.then go to Selections - Invert and hit your Delete key. Deselect
These next steps are optional. If you don't want to animate, skip 'em! :D
~~~Optional steps for animation effect~~~
While still on your tube layer, duplicate this layer twice.
Return to original tube layer, open layer properties and change to Luminance Legacy
Highlight the next layer to make it active, and go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
I used 138 and 71 but choose what suits your tube and scrap kit :D
Highlight the third layer and do the colorize again using different values.
For mine I used 37 and 77.
~~~~~End optional animation effect steps~~~~
Make sure your top layer is the one active, then open the word art
Copy and paste as new layer and move into position. See my tag above
for reference
Open RCLabel2byTwinky and paste as new layer and move into position.
Activate your text tool, vector and using font and font size of choice, put your name on the tag. See tag for reference.
Layers - convert to Raster layer
Effects- Plugins- Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow with these settings:
Glow width - 3.00
Soft Corners - 0
Overall Opacity% - 100
Draw Only Outside Selection checked.
On the Color tab - I changed the color to white. Use what works best for you :)
Then effects - 3d effects - drop shadow with the following settings:
V - 2
H - -2(minus 2)
Opacity: 100
Blur: 5.00
Color : #000000
copy and paste your tube as a new layer and move into position
Add a drop shadow if desired
Place your copyright information and tagger info on tag
If you are not animating:
Layers - Merge - Merge All.
Crop excess from edges and resize to suit. If resizing be sure
to Adjust - Sharpen
Save as Jpg and you are done! :D
~~~~~Optional Animation steps~~~~~
If you are animating, close out the top two copies of your framed tube.
Highlight the bottom layer, your Background.
Edit - Copy Merged.
Open Animation Shop and Edit - Paste as New Animation.
Return to your psp and close out the first framed tube layer. Open the second layer... keeping your background layer as the active layer
Edit - copy Merged. Return to Animation Shop and Edit - paste after current frame
Return to psp one more time and close out the second layer and open the
third framed tube layer... keeping the background layer as the active layer
Edit - Copy Merged. Return again to Animation Shop
Edit - Paste after current frame.
Edit - Select All
Animation - Frame Properties. The default is 10;
I changed mine to 25.
View Animation
