Supplies:
PSP - I used Jasc PSP 9
Tube of choice - I am using the wonderful art of Popeye Wong.

Font of choice - I used Verdana and Cabeen.
Cabeen is a free font and can be found here
Scrap Kit of choice - I am using So Pretty by KittzKreations.
You can find this wonderful FTU kit here

Unzip and put your supplies in their correct folders.
Ok, let's begin!
Open your tube in psp and minimize.
Open a new 500 X 500 white image.
Open Pretty Frame from the kit or use frame of choice.
Copy and paste and resize about 65%.
Using your magic wand, select the interior of the frame.
Selections - Modify- Expand by 3 pixels.
Copy and paste your tube as new layer.
Move into position; then go to
Selections - Invert and then hit your delete key once.
Deselect
Make your background layer the active layer
Open Pretty Doodle2 from the kit or use element of choice.
Copy and paste as new layer and resize about 55%.
Open Pretty Glitter Doodle or element of choice
Copy and paste as new layer. Image - rotate - Free Rotate Left 45 degrees.
Make sure All Layers is not checked
Layers - Duplicate; Image - Flip. Image - Mirror.
Make your top layer the active layer.
Open and copy Silky Flower 1 or element of choice
Paste as new layer, resize and move into position.
Layers - Duplicate; Image - Flip; Image - Mirror
Click on text tool vector, Verdana font;
foreground null and background #000000, enter your text
Use mine or create your own. Move into place and size to
suit. Layers - Convert to Raster Layer
Change font to Cabeen or font of choice and put your name
on tag as desired.
Layers - Merge - Merge All Flatten
Resize to desired size; Adjust - Sharpness- Sharpen.
Place Popeye Wong copyright info and your tagger info on tag
Merge all again and save! :D
