Supplies:
Jasc Paint Shop Pro. I used PSP 9 but can be done well in other versions.
Tube of choice- I am using art by Barbara Jensen
which can be found here
You must have a license in order to use her art.
Font of Choice - I used A & S Snapper Script.
Outside Filters - EyeCandy 4000 Weave and Gradient Glow (optional)
*Though my example is animated, as with all my tag tutorials, animation is optional
and instructions for the animating process are included at the end of the tutorial. :)

This is a quick and easy tutorial but was not written with the novice in mind
A working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro is needed as screen shots are not
provided for the basic tag creation

~~~
New Image: 600 X 600, white background (you can resize later)
Choose a dark color from your tube and set it as your background color.
Using your present shapes tool on the ellipse, use the following settings:
Mode - Draw Circle
Create as Vector checked
Line width 1
Draw a large circle in the middle of your new image
Don't worry if it's not quite centered. If it is not just go to
Objects - Align - Center in Canvas
(Do this BEFORE you change this layer to a raster layer)
Layers - Convert to Raster Layer
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 15.00
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Weave
and use these settings:
Ribbon Width - 1; Gap Width - 1.18; Shadow Strength - 0;
Thread Detail - 31; Thread Length - 20.00;
Gap Fill - Fill with solid Color (white)
*You can achieve a similar outcome by using PSP's Weave effect
Effects - Texture Effects - Weave
Gap Size - 2; Gap Width - 1; Opacity - 65(or adjust to preference);
Weave Color - white; Fill Gaps unchecked*
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and resize as needed
Once happy with size and placement on your canvas, duplicate the tube layer
Close off duplicated layer and return to original tube layer to make it the active layer
Do the Gaussian blur on it with the same settings used before.
Do a slight drop shadow if desired.
Make the duplicated tube layer active
Reaixe to 85% and reposition as needed.
Apply a drop shadow to this tube layer
Put any text on your tag you wish to have on it
I used A & S Snapper Script. I then applied Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
with the following settings:
Glow Width of 3, Soft Corners of 1 and overall opacity set at 100
on the color tab chose white
and then applied a drop shadow to make the text pop a bit more :)
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Resize your tag to desired size
Add © Info and tagger info
If you do not wish to animate, you have now finished this quick and simple tutorial! :)
Should you wish to make your tube breathe here is how I did it.
I used the warp brush with the following settings:
*these settings are merely a 'guide' or starting point. Please adjust these numbers to work best for your tube image!!
Open your Ani Shop and before warping the chest, copy your tag and paste as a new image in Ani Shop
Back in PSP, click on her chest ONCE! Copy this altered tag and go back to Ani Shop
Copy and paste after current frame. Repeat this step twice more. DO NOT undo your warping in PSP. Just build on each singular click.
In Ani shop you should have FOUR frames.
Edit - Select All
Animation - Frame Properties. Change the frame rate to somewhere around 22 - 25.
and Voilá you are done. Please feel free to send tag examples, critiques etc to:
