Supplies:
Paint Shop Pro - I used Version 9 but will work in any version.
Tube of choice- I am using the lovely art of Barb Jensen.
You can purchase a license for her art and her tubes here
Scrapkit of choice - I used a lovely kit entitled Delicate Dreams from
Serenity Dezynes
Outside filters - Penta.com
These are free and can be d/l from Here
Font - A & S Black Swan

open and minimuze your tube
New Image - background color of white - size 600 X 600
Open a paper of choice from your scrap kit.
Set your foreground to pattern and find your scrap paper in the drop down list
Angle: 15 %. Scale : 75 %.
Activate your preset shapes tool, set to Rectangle, create as vector checked
Line width 10.
Draw a large rectangle on your canvas. Should take up most of the available
space. See my tag for example
Objects - Align- Center in canvas
Layers - Convert to Raster layer
Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel

Layers - Duplicate
Image resize by 75%
Repeat last 2 steps 2 more times
Giving you a total of 4 rectangles nested in one another
Make the smallest rectangle layer active
Magic wand - select inside your smallest rectangle
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Move into desired position and invert selection (Selections - Invert)
Hit your delete key once. Selections - select None.
Move tube layer below rectangle layer
Layers - Merge - Merge down
Make the next larger rectangle layer active
Do your magic wand again but this time also go to
selections - Modify - Expand by : 2
Chose a complimentary paper, copy and paste as new layer
Selctions - Invert and hit your delete key.
Deselect and move your paper layer below the rectangle layer
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - color dots - default settings
Make next larger rectangle active
Magic wand inside and expand by 2 like before
Choose a different paper and repeat steps above
Do not merge down yet however. We are going to do a filter effect first!
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - dot and cross - default settings
Make sure your paper layer is below the rectangle layer
then Layers - Merge - Merge down.
Layers - Duplicate
Make original layer active.
Adjust - Blur - Guassian blur - 15.00
Effects - Plugins - Penta.com - dot and cross
Make largest rectangle active and magic wand inside it
Expand by 2. Flood fill with a light color from your tube
Do a nice light drop shadow on each rectangle layer to give it
a bit of pop.
With top layer active, copy and paste your tube and move into position
Add a subtle drop shadow if desired
Add embellishments to outer frame
Add desired text
Resize to 400 X 400
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen
Add appropriate copyright info and your tagger mark.
Save your new tag
