Supplies:
Jasc Paint Shop Pro. I used PSP 9
but this should work equally well in other versions.
FTU ScrapKit- Rubylicious by Clarey's Designs
Tube of choice. I am using art by Creographix which can be found here
Mask- WSL Mask 208 by WeeScotlass. Can be found at her website
Font of Choice - I used Sauna Italic Swash
Outside Filters - none
Lyrics Tube- can be downloaded here

Download and place supplies in appropriate folders

Ok, Let's begin! :D
Open a new transparent image, 500 X 500 and flood fill it white.
Open Rubylicious Paper 2 and copy and paste as a new layer
Layers - Load/Save Mask. Apply WSL Mask 208

Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
Resize 105%
Rename this layer - Mask
*this is optional but helps prevent confusion
Copy and Paste Ribbon Frame 3 as a new Layer. Resize 80%
Using your Magic Wand- select inside the frame
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3
Copy and Paste Paper 2 as a new layer
and move below your frame layer
Selections - Invert
Hit your Delete key to remove excess paper
Do Not unselect.
Hide your bottom 2 layers(Raster 1 and Mask layers)
Layers - Merge - Merge Visible
Rename this layer - Frame
Copy and Paste your tube of choice as a new layer
Resize by 70% (or whatever is appropriate for your tube of choice)
Hit the Delete Key again after making sure you have tube
positioned as you like in the frame.
Selections - Select None
Rename your Tube layer - Tube
Make Frame layer your active layer
Copy and Paste Button 2 as a new layer
Resize 25% and place on top left corner of frame
Layers - Duplicate
Move and Position Second Button on top right corner
Make your Frame Layer the active layer again
Copy and Paste Curled Ribbon 1 as a new layer
and resize 25%. Move into place under button on left

Layers - Duplicate
Move ribbon under button on right
Highlight top layer to make active
We are going to merge our buttons and ribbons
Layers - Merge -Merge Down a total of 3 times
Your buttons and ribbons are now merged
so we are now going to Merge them with the Frame layer
so Merge Down one more time
You should now have only 4 layers:

Copy and paste the supplied song lyrics tube
and position as shown on my example tag
Add any text desired, then resize to desired size
I personally like mine around 400 X 400
Add all copyright and tagger info
and save your tag :0)
