Supplies:
Jasc Paint Shop Pro. I used PSP 9
but this should work equally well in other versions.
ScrapKit- FTU Valentine's Kit by Serenity's Dezynes
Font of Choice - I used Juice ITC
Outside Filters -Penta.com - Color Dot

EyeCandy 4000 - Gradient Glow.
AlienSkin has discontinued this filter and replaced it with EyeCandy 5.
Gradient Glow is now part of Eye Candy 5- Impact

*This tag was created using only a scrap kit. It's a quick and easy
way to create some very interesting tags
with a few filters and effects and some creativity on your part!

New Image 600 X 300. Transparant
Choose a medium dark color from your scrap kit
Layers- New Raster Layer- Flood fill with your color
Pick out 3 - 4 elements from your scrap kit
Layer them on and resize them and move them around
to create a unique look.
When you are satified with the placement, close off your
background and color layers
Layers- Merge- Merge Visible
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance Legacy
Duplicate this layer
Make original element layer active
and apply a few effects or plugins
I did a guassian blur of 20
followed by Penta.com - Color Dot plugin
default settings.
On the copied layer, I resized it a bit
to about 85% and added a drop shadow
I then took one of teddy bears and pasted as a new layer
I had to resize to about 15% as this is not a tagger size kit.
Your sizing may be different depending on the kit used
Add any text desired
*I used Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow on my text
with these settings:
Color is white
Glow Width - 3.25
Soft Corners - 0
Opacity - 100

Resize
Add any credits needed and save your new tag!
