Supplies:
Jasc Paint Shop Pro. I used PSP 9
but can be done well in other versions.
Tube of choice- I am using art by Igolochka

Font of Choice - I used AmbianceBT.
Outside Filters - VM Extravaganza - White Lines
Penta - Dot and Cross

This is a quick and easy tutorial but was not written with the novice in mind A working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro is needed as screen shots are not provided

New Image: 650 X 650, transparant background (you can resize later)
Choose a light color from your tube and set it as your foreground color
Choose a medium color from your tube and set it as your background color
Flood fill your canvas with your foreground color.
Using the airbrush, splash random splotches of your background color
onto your canvas. Do approx. 8
Adjust - Blur - Guassian Blur - 15.
VM Extravaganza - White Lines
Settings: 255, 211, 255
Use your magic wand to highlight the white stripes
then Selections - Invert
Copy your tube and paste into selection
Apply Penta - Dot and Cross
Settings: 72,2,10
Apply mosaic antique
*located under Texture Effects*
with the following settings:
# Columns 25       Tile Diffusion 50
# Rows 50       Grout Width 1
           Grout Diffusion 10
Apply the following drop shadow
V 2
H -2
Opacity 40
Blur 5
Apply again switching the V & H.
Deselect
Paste your tube again as a new layer
Apply Sepia Toning of 33

Merge all layers
Add the following borders:
Black - 5
Background color - 15
Black - 3
Foreground color - 10
Black - 2
Open a new transparent image 600 x 600
Copy and paste your framed image onto the canvas
Duplicate the layer two times
On the original layer, rotate it 25 degrees to the left
Layer 2, rotate it to 25 degrees to the right
Leave layer 3 as is.
Crop to desired size, THEN add text, credits and
any desired watermark.
