Supplies:
Jasc Paint Shop Pro. I used PSP 9
but this should work equally well in other versions.
Tube of choice: I used the art of Barbara Jensen.
You must have a license to use her art. Please go here for

Scrap Kit: I used elements from Barb's PTU scrap kit
included as part of her Love Pack - Package A

Mask- WSL - Mask 185. Available HERE
Outside Filters - dsb flux - Bright Noise
You can d/l this filter set here


Open a new image 600 X 600
Flood fill with white
Choose a strong, dark color from your tube
Add new layer and flood fill with this color
Layers - Load/Save Mask -Load Mask From Disk
WSL Mask 185
Layers - Merge - Merge Group
Image - Rotate - Free Rotate
to the left 90 degrees
Make sure All Layers is NOT checked
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Add dropshadow if desired
Shapes Tool - Rectangle
Foreground to your dark color previously used
background set to white
Line width 3, Create as vector.
Draw out a rectangle along the bottom of your image
Reference my tag for size and placement
Once happy with size and placement
Convert to raster layer
Place desired text on the rectangle.
Convert to raster layer
Add dropshadow if desired
Add embellishments
Making your mask layer active,
add embellishments
Resize yoru tag to desired size
Add copyright and tagger info
Add your name
If you do not wish to animate, tben merge all layers
and save your jpg.

Optional animation steps:
Duplicate your mask layer 4 times
Make the original mask layer active
Effects - Plugins-dsb flux - Bright Noise
Start at around 15.
Direction: Mix
For the next layers, bump the # up 5 for each layer
Close out all duplicated mask layers
Copy merged and go into Animation Shop
Edit - Paste as new Animation
Back in PSP . close off original mask layer
and open the next one up
Copy merged again and go back into Animation Shop
Edit - Paste after Current Frame
Repeat this process until all your mask layers
have been used
In Animation Shop, View Animation and save your new tag!
